延長UPS電池組使用壽命的六大關鍵步驟

重新浮充

 

  UPS電(dian)(dian)源停機(ji)10天以上(shang),在(zai)重新開機(ji)之前,應(ying)在(zai)不加(jia)負載的(de)條件下啟動UPS電(dian)(dian)源以利(li)用機(ji)內的(de)充電(dian)(dian)回路重新對蓄電(dian)(dian)池浮充10~12h以上(shang)再帶載運(yun)行。

  UPS電(dian)源長(chang)期處于(yu)浮充狀態(tai)而沒(mei)有放電(dian)過程,相(xiang)當于(yu)處在(zai)“儲存(cun)待用”狀態(tai)。如果這(zhe)種狀態(tai)持(chi)續的時(shi)間過長(chang),造成蓄電(dian)池因(yin)“儲存(cun)過久”而失效報廢,它主(zhu)要(yao)表(biao)現為電(dian)池內阻增大,嚴重時(shi)內阻可達(da)幾Ω。

  人(ren)們發現:在室溫20℃下,存(cun)儲(chu)1個月后(hou),電池可(ke)供使(shi)用的(de)(de)容(rong)量(liang)為其額定值的(de)(de)97%左右,如(ru)果儲(chu)存(cun)6個月不用,它的(de)(de)可(ke)使(shi)用容(rong)量(liang)變為額定容(rong)量(liang)的(de)(de)80%。如(ru)果儲(chu)存(cun)溫度升(sheng)高(gao),它的(de)(de)可(ke)使(shi)用容(rong)量(liang)還會降低。

  因此建議(yi)用戶最好每隔20個月特意地拔掉市電(dian)輸(shu)入(ru),讓UPS電(dian)源工作于(yu)由蓄(xu)電(dian)池向逆(ni)變器提供能量的(de)(de)狀態。但(dan)這種(zhong)操作不宜時間過長,在負載為額定(ding)輸(shu)出的(de)(de)30%左右時,約放電(dian)10min即可。

 

減少深度放電

  實際過程如何減(jian)少電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)被深(shen)度放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)事(shi)情發生呢?方法(fa)很簡單:當UPS電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)處于市電(dian)(dian)(dian)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)中斷,改由(you)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)向(xiang)逆變(bian)器(qi)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態時(shi),絕大多數UPS電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)都會以間隙4s左右響一(yi)次(ci)的(de)周期性報警聲,通知用戶現在是由(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)提供能量。當聽到報警聲變(bian)急促(cu)時(shi),就說明電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)已處于深(shen)度放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian),應立即進(jin)行應急處理,關閉(bi)UPS電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)。不(bu)是迫不(bu)得(de)以,一(yi)般不(bu)要讓(rang)UPS電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)一(yi)直工(gong)作到因(yin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓過低而自動關機(ji)才結束。

 

利用供電高峰充電

 

  對于UPS電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源長期處(chu)于市電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)或頻繁停電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的用戶來說,為(wei)防止電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池因長期充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)不足(zu)而過早損壞,應充分利用供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)高峰(如深夜時(shi)(shi)間(jian))對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)以保證電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池在每次放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)之后有(you)足(zu)夠(gou)的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)。一(yi)般(ban)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池被深度放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)后,再充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)至額定(ding)容量(liang)的90%至少需要10~12h左右。

 

注意充電器的選用

 

  UPS電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)用(yong)的(de)免維護密封電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)不能用(yong)可(ke)控硅式(shi)的(de)“快速充電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)”進行(xing)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)。這(zhe)是因為這(zhe)種充電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)同時處于既(ji)“瞬(shun)時過流(liu)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)”又“瞬(shun)時過壓(ya)(ya)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)惡劣充電(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態。這(zhe)種狀態會(hui)使電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)可(ke)供使用(yong)容量大大下降,嚴重時會(hui)使蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)報廢。在(zai)(zai)采用(yong)恒壓(ya)(ya)截(jie)止(zhi)型充電(dian)(dian)(dian)回(hui)路的(de)UPS電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)時,注意(yi)不要(yao)將電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)過低(di)保護工(gong)作(zuo)點調(diao)得過低(di),否則,在(zai)(zai)它(ta)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)初期容易產生過流(liu)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)。

保證電源環境溫度

  當然,要延長電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組的使(shi)用(yong)壽命(ming)不(bu)但在維護使(shi)用(yong)上要注意,而且在選擇時就應充分考慮(lv)負載(zai)(zai)特性(xing)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻性(xing)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感性(xing)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容性(xing))及大小。不(bu)要長期(qi)使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)處于過(guo)度輕(qing)載(zai)(zai)運(yun)行,以免電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流過(guo)小導致電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)報廢。
